“Gibson swings and a fly ball to deep right field. This is gonna be a home run! Unbelievable! A home run for Gibson and the Dodgers have won the game, 5-4. I don’t believe what I just saw!”

It might just be the most famous call of all-time, Jack Buck, father of broadcaster Joe Buck, made this call in the ninth inning of of game 1 in the 1988 World Series.

“I’m surprised. Trying to get some juicy articles for this week?”
