Tapped out on the holiday budget? Sometimes the best gifts cost very little or nothing at all.

Wendy Philleo, Executive Director of The Center For The New American Dream, says the non-profit has launched a free gift registry where people can ask for gifts from their friends and family that don't cost a thing.

Philleo says the "So Kind" registry gets requests for everything from dog walking to baby sitting and book borrowing, hiking trips, music lessons and interior design.
