Drivers Shake, Rattle And Roll Over Newly Created Potholes

SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) - It's the annual shake rattle and roll on area roadways in metro Detroit from all of the potholes. Deborah Simmons-Holman of Farmington Hills says they are everywhere.

"It's a lot of dipping and dabbing to keep from running over them," said Simmons-Holman. "And I think that something they have to work on right away, there are going to be a lot of flat tires, a lot of blow-outs."

Simmons-Holman and others are worried about damage to their vehicles from the potholes.

"I'm very worried," said Anger Browder of Farmington Hills. "I just saw a part, and I thought, I hope this didn't come from my truck, so I picked it up, just in case ... so if it did - it's because of the potholes."

She says its dangerous to dodge the potholes when people are speeding around you.
