Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is a man who isn’t ready to be helped. He proved it once again with his appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Monday night. After months of wooing, the embattled mayor finally walked out onstage to thunderous applause from the audience as he threw out t-shirts. After a light start (and a few moments where Jimmy had to wipe sweat off of RF’s face), Kimmel turned the interview in a more serious direction and asked Ford why he hasn’t sought help for his problems (Among other things, Rob Ford made international headlines last year when he acknowledged smoking crack cocaine while in a drunken stupor). Ford responded by laughing off any alcoholic suggestions and defending his record as mayor. (This line of questioning starts at 1:21)
