FLINT (WWJ/AP) – A disturbing Facebook posting of a video that shows a child being hit with a belt has resulted in a police investigation and two people in custody.

Flint police tell M-Live that the video had nearly 800 shares as of Saturday afternoon and Flint police have asked that the video not be shared or posted.

The video depicts a boy being slapped by a woman then being asked about his grades and behavior.

During the more than six minute video, the boy is hit more than 60 times with a belt over a period of about two minutes.
