Miami Hurricanes Football Team Lifts Weights In Rave Type Atmosphere [VIDEO]

I admit I don't lift weights, nor am I about to start -- but the Miami Hurricanes football team has me questioning what I have been missing.
In Vines posted by the team, the football team is shown lifting weights with strobe lights flashing in what looks to be a rave. I know from just playing a sniff of football in high school that when lifting weights loud music is played, but never have I seen a team lift in this type of atmosphere.
Am I just getting old? Please let me know because this seems a little out of the box. Only at the U!
