Grilling Dilemma? Tweet, Call Or Facebook Message A Grill Master

SOUTHFIELD (CBS Detroit) - Thanksgiving has the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line and now the Fourth of July has the Longhorn Grill Us Hotline.
A team of "Certified Grill Masters" from the steakhouse chain will be available from 2 - 7 p.m. Thursday through Sunday by phone, text message, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to solve barbecue dilemmas.
"The Grill Us Hotline allows members of the LongHorn Steakhouse team to connect directly with our guests to share their grilling expertise to ensure everyone has a successful holiday cookout," said Valerie Insignares, president of LongHorn Steakhouse in a release.
The team of experts will be available to answer a variety of questions including choosing the right cut of steak, determining the proper grilling temperature and selecting the proper seasoning for items on the holiday menus.
Surveys shows that more than half of Americans will grill over the holiday, and if they have run into a barbecue issues, they can contact the team of Grill Masters via:
