Allen Park, Mich.— ATI Detroit Lions 2014 Training Camp will open to the public at the Lions headquarters and training facility in Allen Park for an eighth-straight year beginning Friday, August 1.

ATI is the official physical therapy partner of the Detroit Lions and will have a prominent presence at Lions training camp.

“ATI Physical Therapy is thrilled to kick off its relationship as the Official Physical Therapy Partner of Detroit Lions as title sponsor of Lions Training Camp,” said ATI President and Chief Operating Officer, Dylan Bates. “Under Coach Jim Caldwell, the Lions are entering into a new era and as a new leader in Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine for the Detroit area, ATI couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of this exciting season.”

Training camp practice viewing areas at the team’s headquarters and training facility in Allen Park can accommodate approximately 1,500 fans. Access is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Gates open 30 minutes prior to each practice session.

“Having fans at training camp helps create a great work environment for our players and is a wonderful opportunity for fans to see the team come together,” said Detroit Lions Team President Tom Lewand. “We are excited to have ATI Physical Therapy onboard to help us build momentum towards an exciting 2014 season.”

A full schedule of open practices is available at http://www.detroitlions.com/trainingcamp.

Parking is available in select lots on Republic Drive and Federal Drive near the Lions Headquarters and Training Facility. Upon arrival, parking and security staff will be on hand to direct visitors to available parking.

In addition to the front entrance, fans will also be directed to the back gate off of the Southfield Freeway (M-39 North) service drive. Visitors should enter the gate nearest to their parking location.

  • Re-entry is not permitted and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Personal belongings are subject to inspection upon entry and items not permitted into open practices include: professional cameras (lenses over five inches long and/or 50mm or above), any video camera, food, beverage, coolers, lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, purses (larger than a clutch) or backpacks.
