Ping Pong could be one of the better sports around. The only reason I say that is just about everyone can participate in a Ping Pong match. It's easy to do, all you need is a little hand eye coordination and you can be decent at it. Being decent at Ping Pong is never a bad skill to have.

I have a Ping Pong table at my house and I try to improve and learn the chicken wing technique and have killer spikes and learn how to put crazy spin on the ball. Granted, I will never be as good as these players, but I don't believe even Forrest Gump could have played in this rally.

During the Commonwealth games, a match between Segun Toriola of Nigeria and Gao Ning of Singapore put on the greatest Ping Pong rally I have ever seen. I have seen a lot since I use my spare time to watch Ping Pong on YouTube.
