- Battle Creek, 5.5 percent, compared with 7.4 percent.
- Bay City, 6.3 percent, compared with 8.3 percent.
- Detroit-Warren-Livonia, 7.9 percent, compared with 9.8 percent.
- Flint, 7 percent, compared with 9.3 percent.
- Grand Rapids-Wyoming, 4.8 percent, compared with 6.4 percent.
- Holland-Grand Haven, 4.6 percent, compared with 6.4 percent.
- Jackson, 6.3 percent, compared with 8.3 percent.
- Kalamazoo-Portage, 5.5 percent, compared with 7.1 percent.
- Lansing-East Lansing, 5.5 percent, compared with 7.6 percent.
