Police Ask For Public's Help Finding Missing 18-Year-Old

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit Police are hoping to get help from the public to find a missing college student who disappeared over a week ago.

Jasmine Moody was last seen on Dec. 4 as she left her friend's home in Detroit. Moody had reportedly just had an argument and didn't take her belongings as she walked away at around 7:30 p.m.

That night, temperatures were just above freezing. Police say Moody was wearing a white Texas Woman's University hoodie, blue jeans and brown boots.

The 18-year-old was in the city for a semester break from Texas Woman's University. Moody weighs 130 pounds and is 5-foot-5.
