NHL Unveils Strange All-Star Jerseys [PHOTOS]

The NHL is jumping on the neon bandwagon.

The 2015 NHL All-Star jerseys were announced on Friday as "a bold, fresh jersey design is the perfect complement to the speed and agility of those selected to play."

The NHL teamed up with Reebok for these designs, which I would call underwhelming at best.

The worst part may be that the NHL is late to the "neon" color party that the NFL and NBA have been throwing lately in their respective All-Star games.

Jimmy Howard was selected as the lone Red Wing to travel to Columbus for this year's All-Star Game, but suffered a groin injury early in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Capitals.

I -- for one -- have never been a fan of the weird neon colors on sports jerseys. It feels like a failed attempt to liven them up and be more "creative," while these look like something I could buy at Play It Again Sports. But what do I know?

What do you think?
