Man Shot By Paint Gun; Not The First 'Paint Gun Drive-By Shooting' According To Police
DETROIT (WWJ) - A Detroit man is recovering after he says he was shot multiple times with a rifle-style paint gun.
Fifty-one-year old Aaron Moore says he was riding his bike on West Chicago on Thursday afternoon when someone riding in a car opened fire.
"It was really painful and for the first few moments, I thought I had bee shot by a real gun," said Moore.
He says he managed to pull his licensed handgun but didn't shoot back because the car was fleeing. He says Detroit police told him that he was not the first victim of a "paint gun drive-by shooting" that day.
