Eric Hosmer's 4 RBI's helped me get back on the winning side as the Kansas City Royals defeated the Indians in Cleveland.

Tonight we pay attention to an inter league match up in Minnesota, where the Twins are hosting the Pirates. Despite losing 2 of 3 to the Yankees at home this weekend, the Twins have been gangbusters at home posting a 32-18 record.

The Twins send Mike Pelfrey with his 6-2 home record and 2.22 Target Field ERA to the mound. Pittsburgh counters with Charlie Morton who has struggled on the road with a 7.81 ERA. That is enough for me to take the Twins (-103) as my PLAY OF THE DAY.
