As I mentioned yesterday I usually do not enjoy playing the under total on any sport, but especially in baseball. However I had a good feeling the Sonny Gray-Chris Tillman matchup was too good to pass up at 7 1/2. Amazingly my feeling was correct as the Orioles beat the A’s 4-2.
Today we go to Oakland where the Athletics are hosting Clayton Kershaw and the Dodgers. Kershaw has been on fire lately giving up a run or less in 7 of his last 8 starts. Oakland is 10-22 against southpaws,so although its obvious and albeit a hefty price I am taking the Dodgers -220 as my PLAY OF THE DAY.
Yesterday — Orioles/Athletics under 7 1/2 run total — WIN
Overall record 11-5
