Detroit Man Missing Since Saturday May Need Medication

DETROIT (WWJ) - The family of a missing 44-year-old Detroit man is asking for help from the public to bring him home safely.

John Carter was last seen leaving his home on Abington on Saturday, March 19, around 8:30 a.m. According to his brother, John leaves his home daily to collect cans and bottle but returns home between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

John is described is , 5 feet, 9 inches, 150 lbs., with a dark brown complexion, brown eyes, black hair with a full beard and mustache. John was last seen wearing a red and black jacket, brown khaki pants, and a black skull cap.

John is in good physical condition but does have mental health related concerns and takes medication daily.
