The Michigan and Michigan State football rivalry seems to be more intense everyday as the college season is roughly a week away.

This will only make it intensify.

Michigan State's Curtis Blackwell, director Of College Advancement/Perfomance, tweeted an interesting photo.

The photo tags MSU players Donnie Corley, Malik McDowell, Trishton Jackson, Demetric Vance, Tyson Smith, Jamal Lyles and Tyriq Thompson and simply reads #GoGreen. The photo includes Michigan State players who are from Detroit.

The text on the photo is where a shot is taken at the University of Michigan. It reads, "Those who have stayed are already champions" and under that it says, "Since Mark Dantonio's arrival in 2007, every Spartan that has stayed at MSU for 4 years has won a Big Ten Championship."

That is a direct shot at Michigan, since their slogan is ,"Those who stay will be champions," which is also embroidered inside their new Jumpman uniforms. Notably, Michigan has been hemorrhaging recruits from some alleged missteps by coach Jim Harbaugh.

The slogan originally came from legendary Michigan coach Bo Schembechler when he first arrived at the school.

If you weren't already pumped for Oct. 29 when Michigan travels to face the Spartans in East Lansing you probably are now! I would have to assume that this will be bulletin board material for the Wolverines leading to the match up.
