I remember the first time I had heard of a sex tape -- It involved Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee. It's a classic now.

And thought tapes themselves are just a memory for most of us now, I am hearing about a Von Miller sex tape. According to TMZ.com, the Denver Broncos All-Pro linebacker is trying to block a sex tape that was shot while he was in Cancun.

Allegedly Miller filed legal documents in L.A. County Superior Court under the name "Doe." The accuser is Elizabeth Ruiz, who says in June of 2016 the two had sex in Mexico. Ruiz says she recorded the sexual acts on her cell phone. She allegedly wants $2.5 million not to release the video to the public.

According to thesmokinggun.com:

In response to the court application, Judge Amy Hogue yesterday issued a temporary restraining order barring Elizabeth Ruiz, Miller's sex partner, from distributing, copying, or releasing the tape. The original November 8 filing was made by the general counsel of Vanguard Sports Group, Miller's agent.

Ruiz can be found on the social media platform Instagram, where she has 320,000 followers.

In the day and age where people are looking for a quick payday, I think more people would rather see Ruiz in a sex tape than Von Miller? But what do I know, maybe Ray J was the actual star in the Kim Kardashian sex tape.
