Former Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly Gets DUI On Golf Cart

If you golf, then odds are you have a few drinks while on the course and while having those few drinks I also assume you are driving a golf cart. I've always wondered what would happen if you roll up to the clubhouse after your round, you're a little tipsy and a cop is hanging out. Could you get a DUI?

Playboy's former Playmate of the month for March 2011, is facing charges from an accident she had while driving her custom golf cart.

According to TMZ.com, Mattingly wasn't on a golf course while driving around on her golf cart, she was in her neighborhood and appeared to be pretty intoxicated at the time of the accident. She ran her golf cart into four parked cars. After the first one or maybe even the second parked car, you would take a moment to pull over. The initial report was October 1, and Mattingly said that someone stole her golf cart.

TMZ has since updated their story and the former Playmate has been charged with 3 counts of driving under the influence, one of which was for drugs and another charge for hit and run, all of which are misdemeanors.
