Accident Fund Survey Finds State’s Small Business Leaders ‘Tapping The Brakes’

The latest Michigan Future Business Index survey of small and midsize business leaders shows the state’s job providers ‘tapping the brakes’ due to a variety of national economic uncertainties. While business owners say they remain optimistic that Michigan is headed in the right direction, they also say their shrinking bottom lines are causing them to take a second look at earlier hiring and wage increase plans.
