Compuware Corp. Tuesday reported net income of $10 million or 5 cents a share in in its first fiscal quarter ended June 30, down from $10.5 million or 5 cents a share a year earlier. Revenue was $227.5 million, up from $226.2 million in the same quarter a year earlier.
