Michigan Tech Researcher Seeks ‘Supertree’ For Biofuel

It took mankind millennia of painstaking trial and error to breed hardier, healthier food crops. But we can’t wait that long to develop better trees for biofuel. So a Michigan Technological University researcher is studying the genetics of trees for better growth and higher quality biomass.
