One person is dead and two others are in critical condition after a deadly collision on Detroit’s east side Tuesday evening.

The Washtenaw County Sheriff’s office says a 20-year-old South Lyon man was driving on Dixboro Road near Six Mile when he lost control of his car, and hit a tree.
A police officer says the accident was caused by the driver of a car who was going the wrong way on the northbound side of M-10, between Lahser and Telegraph.
A 23-year-old Beverly Hills man was killed in the accident.
