Two people have pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and torture in the slaying of a 57-year-old homeless veteran in Flint two years ago.

The woman, who isn’t identified in the lawsuit, says the man sexually harassed, stalked and intimidated her.
Flint’s system last month was in violation of the Safe Drinking Water Act because of high levels of a disinfectant byproduct.
