Federal law enforcers from six states are meeting in Detroit to discuss how to confront the growing abuse of heroin and prescription painkillers.
The trio wanted to buy the cocaine in South Mississippi and deliver it to a man in Detroit, investigators said.

The overdoses involved heroin, fentanyl and Vicodin, another powerful painkiller.
