Traffic on eastbound I-96 in Farmington was at a standstill Thursday morning after a Meijer semi truck loaded with groceries overturned, completely blocking the ramp to eastbound I-696.
An open-top garbage truck over turned on I-696 Saturday afternoon, dumping its load and causing police to restrict traffic on the freeway.
