The vice president will be speaking at a noon rally following Detroit’s annual Labor Day parade which steps off at 9 a.m. from the corner of Michigan and Trumbull.
People celebrating Labor Day weekend outdoors in Michigan could be setting themselves up as the main course for feasting mosquitoes, including the species known to carry the West Nile virus.
