Morgan Stanley, Kresge Foundation, LISC Launch $100 Million Investment Fund For Health Care, Affordable Housing

The New York investment firm Morgan Stanley, the Troy-based Krersge Foundation and the New York nonprofit Local Initiatives Support Corp. Monday launched a $100 million investment fund that is designed to expand access to health care and affordable housing for low-income residents and fund critical social services that help link the two in impoverished neighborhoods.
