UM Venture Fest Presenting Firms Top $1B Raised Since 2001

Companies that presented at the annual Michigan Growth Capital Symposium have now raised more than $1 billion since 2001, event organizers announced Thursday.

Plans Unveiled for 2013 Michigan Growth Capital Symposium

The Michigan Growth Capital Symposium unveiled preliminary plans for the 2013 event, the Midwest’s annual must-attend gathering to connect angel, seed and growth stage investors from across the United States with executives of early stage and emerging growth companies and related stakeholders. It is scheduled for May 21-22 at the Marriott Resort in Ypsilanti.
