(NYSE: PRGO) Thursday reported net income of $111.4 million or $1.18 a share in the first fiscal quarter ended Sept. 28, up from $105.6 million or $1.12 a share in the first fiscal quarter a year earlier. Revenue was $933.4 million, up from $769.8 million a year earlier.
The Livonia automotive technology provider TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. (NYSE: TRW) reported net income of $197 million in the third fiscal quarter ended Sept. 27, up from $163 million last year. Earnings per share were $1.60, up from $1.28. Revenue was $4.21 billion, up from $397 billion.
Adtegrity.com, a Grand Rapids-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, today reported net income of $419,215 in the third quarter ended Sept. 30, up from $198,692 in the third quarter of 2012.
DTE Energy (NYSE:DTE) Friday reported earnings for the nine months ended Sept. 30 of $537 million, or $3.07 a share, up from $529 million, or $3.08 a share, in 2012. (The earnings per share fell a penny despite higher earnings because of more shares outstanding in 2013.)
The Detroit software and IT services company Compuware Corp. (Nasdaq: CPWR) Thursday reported net income of $16.3 million or 7 cents a share in the second quarter of its fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30.
The telecom services provider iTeknik Holding Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: ITKH) Monday announced net income of $111,847 on revenue of $11.4 million for the fiscal year ended June 30.
Neogen Corp. (Nasdaq: NEOG) Tuesday reported net income of $7.8 million or 32 cents a share in its first fiscal quarter, which ended Aug. 31, up 16 percent from $6.7 million or 28 cents a share, in the same quarter a year earlier. Revenue was $58.5 million, up 18 percent from $49.7 million in the same quarter a year earlier.
The Allegan health and beauty products maker Perrigo Co. (Nasdaq: PRGO) reported record sales and net income for the fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended June 29.
Advanced Photonix Inc., the Ann Arbor manufacturer of optic and electronic telecommunications gear, reported a smaller loss on higher revenue in its first fiscal quarter ended June 28.
InfuSystem Holdings Inc., a national provider of infusion pumps and related services for the healthcare industry, reported net income of $105,000 or less than a penny a share in the second quarter, an improvement from a loss of $828,000 or 4 cents a share in the same quarter a year earlier.
