NSF Funds Scholarships In Power Engineering At Lawrence Tech
The National Science Foundation has awarded a five-year grant totaling $598,000 to provide scholarships to help 100 graduates of Monroe County Community College earn degrees in power engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
MCCC, DTE To Begin Nuclear Engineering Technology Program
Monroe County Community College, in partnership with DTE Energy, will launch its own nuclear engineering technology program in the fall, MCCC President David E. Nixon announced at a news conference in the atrium of the college’s La-Z-Boy Center.
