Oakland Group Accepting Holiday Lights For RecyclingBeginning this December, the Resource Recovery and Recycling Authority of Southwest Oakland County will collect burned out holiday lights for recycling at the RRRASOC recycling drop-off center at 20000 W. Eight Mile Road in Southfield.
