Injured State Police Trooper Expected To Be OK

At least two people have been taken into custody in connection with the shooting. And a number of police officers are currently searching a house where the shooter may be holed up.

Police Address Media Following Trooper’s Shooting

Detroit Police Department Inspector Dan Allen told WWJ’s Mike Campbell that police were tracking a couple of people in connection with a series of armed robberies over the weekend. The suspects were allegedly impersonating police officers.
