Cornhole is quickly gaining popularity in Detroit. This lawn game is played in fields, at neighborhood festivals and at events around town. Frequently, the tournaments are hosted by local cornhole organizations who meet regularly throughout the area. One of the oldest bars in the city, this friendly establishment hosts competitive cornhole tournaments on Thursdays that are a blast. Leagues are established and the games take place for a season. The games are played in a huge indoor open area and are enjoyed by a ton of people.
