The Detroit area has a large pool of great places that offer an evolving selection of brew for your drinking pleasure. Each place has its own unique roster of standard offerings, peppered with specialty selections that are only featured for a select amount of time. Batch Brewing Company is a nano-brewery that offers the ultimate in craft brewing. Only four barrels of every beer are made, leading to a menu that changes when you blink. The small quantities allow the owner to experiment with different flavors. Another aspect of constant change will be an evolving fleet of food trucks, featuring a new menu served in the brewery each week. In addition to its uniquely-titled standard line of beer, Batch will donate $3 from each pint of a pre-designated batch to a charity. The list of charities Batch donates to also evolves.
