The setting is a little unlike a typical soul food restaurant. The owners are going for the upscale bistro feel, but that doesn't mean the fried chicken can't still be just like grandma's. The B & C's Fried Chicken is lightly seasoned, floured and southern fried.  Add two dollars for all white meat.
