What Are Paczki?

If you’ve never experienced the joy of paczki on Paczki Day or Fat Tuesday here’s a little background. Pronounced “punch-key”, Paczki are donut like pastries with a sweet filling. It’s customary to indulge on Fat Tuesday because during the Catholic Lenten season, lard, sugar and eggs are forbidden.
