RealKidz Clothing Going Out Of Business
YPSILANTI (WWJ) An Ypsilanti-based retailer that sold plus-size clothes for young girls is going out of business.
RealKidz believed that its idea of selling clothes to an under served audience would catch on. But it didn't. The firm's owner says they were headed in the right direction--but not fast enough.
In April of 2010 WWJ ran a new business story on the company. Merrill Guerra, founder of RealKidz stated the goal
was ease of use, connectivity, information, and enhanced functionality are all components of the newly launched e-commerce.
