Snow Back For A Return Engagement

DETROIT (WWJ) - We'll see two to three inches of snow mixed with rain Saturday evening through Sunday morning. In some areas of Wayne county there is still a Flood Warning in effect until 5 p.m. Sunday.

Saturday Night - Cloudy. Snow during the evening...then a chance of light snow showers. Accumulations 2 to 3 inches. Lows 22 to 26. North winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 100 percent.

A Flood Warning continues for lower rouge river in Inkster and Dearborn.

* From now until further notice.
* At 6 PM Saturday the stage is 9.4 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast is to rise above flood stage late this evening...
and crest around 10.5 feet early Sunday morning.

Sunday - Mostly cloudy early...then gradual clearing. Highs 33 to 37. North winds 10 to 20 mph.

Sunday Night - Mostly clear...becoming partly cloudy toward daybreak. Lows 16 to 20. North winds 5 to 15 mph.

The roads are snow covered and slippery. There is a 1.5 mile delay on the I-275 Northbound ramp to Ecorse Rd. West and Eastbound. Disabled car is partially blocking  the right lane. Use caution in the area.

The are several reports of black ice on the freeways. As always use caution will driving during these icy, snowy weather conditions. Hang in there, Spring is almost here.
