1 Killed, 2 Critically Injured In Crash On I-94

ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash on I-94 in Ann Arbor Saturday morning.

Officials with Huron Valley Ambulance told WWJ Newsradio 950 that they got the call around 8 a.m. about an accident on eastbound I-94 at State Street.

Pittsfield Township fire officials said the accident involved three vehicles, including a semi truck.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene while two others were transported to the University of Michigan Hospital in critical condition.

The person who was killed was reportedly on duty for Driver's Driveline auto repair company in Ypsilanti.

Identities of those involved were not immediately released.

Eastbound I-94 was closed for nearly three hours while police investigated, but has since reopened.
