Love Bella Rose Bridal. They were so cool. Michelle and Brittany are the best. I went to a lot of other salons first. i’m so glad I found them. If you want the best bridal experience go see Bella Rose Bridal Boutique.

I’m having difficulty understanding how this bridal shop can still be in business. My daughter and I had the worst experience with a woman there who stated she was the owner. She’s loud and her behavior with customers is unexceptable. My daughter wanted specific alterations done to her already paid for prom dress and this owner apparently misinterpreted facial expressions…..and lashed out with disrespect at my teenage daughter causing her to leave in tears, and didn’t expect an argumentative response. So what if she rolled her eye’s what right do you have to disipline my child with your words. How does she handle the finicky brides???? Shame on you Bella Rose Bridal shop! Located on Hayes and 22 mile rd, Shelby twp Mi. Learn some etiquette when dealing with customers. After going through what your shop did!…others I told couldn’t believe it, some stated they had a bad experience with this woman as well. Definitly never again and I will warn others about this place as well! Totally shock and unsatisfied….any stars you have gotten should be taken away!

This is the ONLY negative comment I’ve ever seen about Bella Rose. Shame on you for posting such a farce! To me it sounds as if you have a very disrespectful daughter. They have a wonderful staff and service there and I only had great experiences.

  • Michelle Sims (Owner)

Your daughter did much more than roll her eyes. She was verbally abusive and used profanity towards my seamstress. You and your husband sat there and did nothing. I asked you several times to control your daughter as it was upsetting other customers in the store. You also left out the fact that your husband became so threatening that the police were called. When the three of you were escorted from the store all the other customers applauded. Your daughters behavior was unacceptable. Just because I run a small business it does not mean I have to put up with rude and obnoxious behavior. Especially from a 15 year old whose parents condone such brattiness.

The wdding Shoppe on Woodward Ave. in Berkley is a step into a dreamy world of wonderful beautifully displayed items for sale and a friendly professsional staff with warmth, class and common sense. My daughter’s wedding shopping experience there a year ago still shines in my memory. During a last minute rush we lost the bridal veil and the women there helped so much we hardly knew we had a problem. hats off to these women. AND their dresses are to die for in beauty and uniqueness. I used to work behind the scenes og bridal shpws in the Detroit area and also in a bridal shop so I have seen alot of imitations of fashionable bridal places.
